A little bit about Me…
My professional background is a blend of Hands on Healing and Movement Therapy, I have a decade of experience as a massage therapist. My practice of Integrative Bodywork is a blend of western techniques: Neuromuscular Therapy & Myofascial Release and eastern bodywork: Thai Massage, Shiatsu & I am also trained in The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®.
Over the years my practice has evolved to encompass Root Cause holistic healing, adapting an Ayurvedic lens.
I am a mother of four little boys, a passionate advocate for maternal health matters, and preservation of the well cared for post partum woman.
I have a bachelors degree in Bio Medical Sciences & Comparative Religion.
Long ago my curiosity of all things philosophical and spiritual in nature lead me towards a path of bridging two seemingly polarizing subjects. Art & Science - Science & Spirituality - Right & Left brain experiences of the world - Masculine & Feminine approaches and so on. It is through this yogic lens that I approach the health of both myself and my clients. In its most simple definition Yoga is the union of seemingly separate realities.
It is my intention to be a life long student and teacher. I have been fortunate and blessed with the opportunity to learn from and practice with many insightful keepers of wisdom and traditional healing knowledge.
May you benefit from this life long endeavor and passion project of mine.
Thank you for being here.
