A state of the art Far Infrared Sauna is available for use in the treatment room. This type of sauna is more therapeutic and beneficial to the body than that of a standard dry heat sauna,(those typically found at gyms and health clubs). The Infrared wavelength is thicker than the wavelength of (dry heat) visible light, this means that heat waves from Infrared rays penetrate into the subcutaneous layer up to 2 inches providing a deeper, more therapeutic, detoxifying sweat.Try it out today!

Enjoy the Benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy

Anti-aging & Skin Purification

The infrared wavelength (sometimes referred to as Red Light Therapy) is the most effective wavelength for healing the epidermis & dermis layers of the skin. This wavelength stimulates collagen production to reduce wrinkles & improve overall skin tone.

Cell Health

Infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system to more fully oxygenate the bodies cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skins surface to improve cell health, muscle recovery & strengthen the immune system.

Detoxification

Sweating is a safe & natural way to promote health. Infrared heats the body directly, causing a rise in core temperature & deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside.

Improved Circulation

Heating the muscles with infrared rays produces an increase in blood flow, similar to that experienced during exercise. Regular infrared sauna use can significantly stimulate blood flow up to twice the normal resting rate.

Lower Blood Pressure

Infrared heat increases the rate and which the heart pumps; increasing blood flow & lowering blood pressure.

Pain Relief

Infrared heat penetrates tissues, joints & muscles to relieve minor aches & pains as well as chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia.

Relaxation

Unlike traditional saunas which operate at harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing & therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation & improved sleep cycles.

Weight Loss

studies have shown that an infrared sauna session can burn upwards of 600 calories while you relax!

Wound Healing

Scientific research has concluded that infrared therapy enhances the skins healing processes by promoting faster cell regeneration & human tissue growth. Human cell growth increases to repair wounds & prevent infection.

Things to consider about our Sauna

Drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session to maintain proper hydration.

It is recommended that individuals trying the sauna for the first time stay in for no longer than 20-30 minutes.

Remember, Infrared rays work similar to microwaves, in that they do not heat the air around you they work to heat what is directly inside, so unlike traditional dry heat saunas it does not require as long for your body to heat up. Open the door or ceiling vents if needed for fresh air.

If after your first visit you feel that you are able to stay for more than 30 minutes, the maximum time allotted for a session is one hour.

Please refrain from using the sauna services if you are currently pregnant, under the age of 6, diabetic or have untreated high blood pressure, trouble with migraines or are suffering from dehydration, open wounds or fever.

The sauna is not permitted for use by those under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Consult your physician before using the sauna if you are taking any prescription medications.
